I think that it is very nice, however I couldn't quite get it up to speed.

Yep, same here I could only get 1.65 Mach out of it and that was in a dive. I kept stalling at FL50!!!!! Interesting to fly tho' Splash

did you guys try to launch at 45,000 ft to sort of mimic the launch when dropped from a B-52..........I guess you need to do this over Muroc too ....maybe the air will be better there ?

LOL, you guys must have probs then, I took off from Nellis. Went vertical, plugged in the burners, went to 100,000 feet in less than a minute hehe. Also I got her up to mach 3.5.

No problems with speed, but when I shut the engine off and began the glide back to Edwards I went into a flat spin at 70,000 :-[ but recovered at 50,000 ;D. Landing was dodgy though, kinda sank into the dirt with the right rear leg, however I survived (didn't expect to )

Well I finally got it, but had to play around with the a/c config file. FL100 in seconds - Awesome and hit 4.64M on the way back in - straight down, for awhile but then chickened out lol What a ride!!!! Not much to see up there at FL100 Is there? And she does have a tendancy to sink, even on take-off
