I can't partake of something like that as I am a
Vegisaurus.

If i had a camera I could show you shots of my Dins.
It would probably give you Nightmares.

Fried Tofu ,till crisp. Mushrooms, onion, cauli,Tabsco sauce,
asparugus and a decent dollip of Chilli powder. Served with
Thai noodles.Oh. and a glass of dry red wine and another.

Regards.

Blimey, Jet.... ...!

That piece of meat looks seriously under-cooked to me!
I curl my toes up every time I see a piece of meat with blood dripping from it, with the possible aftermath of food poisoning!
In all my food photos, the meat, animal or bird, can be seen to be very well cooked all the way through, (almost to the point of cremation!) to ensure there is no chance of an upset stomach!

I fear that after the Christmas Dinner Celebrations, there will be many folks suffering from a bout of Diarrhoea from eating others under-cooked meals!
Other folks Barbecues are a classic example!...Remember the dreaded slimy, PINK sausage?.... ...!
...the reason why I ALWAYS prefer to eat my own prepared and cooked meals.... :D ...!

...and what about the missing GRAVY, Jet?.... :o ...!

No Dinner is worthy its salt without a goodly helping of Gravy!

Gravy makes the World go round!... ...!
