For anybody just wanting the sonicboom part of the package..

copy..gaugesound.dll,to the main FS2004 folder.

copy..dsd_xml_sound.gau,to Gauges folder.

copy..dsd_xml_96.wav,to sound folder.

copy..fx_RCB_machenvlop.fx.to effects folder.

create a folder named rcb-miljet within the gauges folder,& copy..SonicBoomControl.xml in to it.

you will need fsuipc installed,if not just drop the one included into modules folder.

in the panel cfg of your chosen aircraft paste these two lines under window00

gauge**=rcb-miljet!SonicBoomControl, 0,0            // The SonicBoom gauge
gauge**=dsd_xml_sound!dsd_xml_sound,0,0             // The XMLsound gauge

in the aircraft cfg paste this line under lights.

light.**= 10, -10.0,  0.0,  0.0, fx_RCB_machenvlop,1    // SonicBoom effect
remember fs2004 only allows 18 lights

** being the next numbers in sequence.

enjoy..
