I have searched the following for the aeupgrade3.zip
Simviation
Planesimulation
avsim
surclaro
flightsim
No luck so far.
How big is the file Blade, would you consider sending it to me via email if it is smaller than 2mb and I will put it up on my site for a limited time if there is no problem with authorisation from the author?

OK, try this then. At Avsim under FS2002 Scenery, search for Airport Environment Upgrade v3.0 and scroll down to 3.0 at the bottom. ;D
