Jordan Moore(well it looks like his work:) ) did a Great job on the 3dmodel and he has allowed hacks like me to play with it by releasing the source code.His early ver looks great as AI

*sigh* I can hear her now, one of the best helo sounds in the skies  8) .

It doesn't happen very freqently anymore, because the Blackhawk has taken over much of the Huey's role, but any time I hear that "Whopp whopp whopp whopp" of a Huey growing close, I can't help but stop, look up and grin.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Blackhawk too, but not nearly as much.

And now the Huey2 can be configured to fly as AI - the file is ai_helos.zip.

Mr. Moore's Huey is great work, and the source code does allow for limitless Iroquois variations.

However, the chopper in the pics is the RNZAF Huey,
in fictitious CF paint,
by Deane Baunton on page four at Hover Control.

there's plenty of great copters around but the good old huey
takes some beating...great shots :) :)

WOW, that is too sweet! The VC shot is the best as well as the two birds togeather.

Now, how can all of us Rotor Heads get togeather for a formation flight...
