A-7E Corsair II - Carrier Operations!

Postby EricK » Thu Apr 22, 2004 3:05 pm

Hi there,
Here are some shots of the new A-7E Corsair II with a new repaint. This is a great little plane and a joy to land on carriers.
I hope you enjoy and comments are encouraged!
Thanks
Eric

Thanks guys,
I found the original A-7 and this repaint over at avsim.com (it may be here as well!).
Just do a search for "corsair"

Erick, could you supply a file name since you presumably downloaded it recently?  I serached avsim for both corsair and 'A-7 corsair' and didnt come up with anything  much.  a fs2002 one and a couple fs2004 repaints, but the baseback nowhere to be found.  Am I missing something?  I cant wait to do some LOW passes...

Hi Boeingman,

I was wrong. I actually got the original from flightsim.com and the repaints at avsim.

Go to flightsim.com and type in A7E_301.ZIP in the search file name box. I'm sorry I don't know how to put a direct link for that particular webpage. It is actually in the FS2002 section but is made for both 02/04.
Hope that helps
Eric

isn't that the plane that doesn't have flaps but instead the whole front of the wing lifts up from the fuselage, or is that the F-8 crusader?

Pippin, I meant in real life, not in terms of the model.  ;)
