Have you found a better one?

Postby paulb » Tue Jan 13, 2004 2:28 pm

Hi

This past week I have been flying around in modern basic prop driven trainers. Here are pics of my three favourites. One is payware, but the other two are freeware..............................

All are excellent  ;D ;D ;D, for FS2004, fly well and come with VC and lots of animation.

Have you found a better one?

Suggestions welcomed.................... ;)

Cheers Paul

Lovely pics, but one of them is payware, and this is the freeware forum ;) ;D

Thanks Tempest

I guess it makes a change from the 'normal' WWII planes?   ;)

Hi Jonathan

You are correct, and are only confirming what I have already said...... ;)

I am honestly just looking for suggestions if anyone has found a better (similar) plane.   ;D ;D ;D

Hi Birdman

The SF260 is payware from Realair simulations. The SA Bulldog and the Valmet Vinka are the other two, which are both freeware. The four sites that I usually visit are HERE ( of course  ;D ) avsim, flightsim and sim-outhouse, so they will be from one of them.

The scenery is payware by Gary Summons.

The Vinka is frankly the Dogs Genitals. And has a spin-file so you can do really realistic spins in it. Fabulous. As most of the guys here know I like to fly until the passengers hurl ;D
As for other good planes in the single engined prop. dept, the Harvard/Texan/T-6 is a must. Its divine ;)
Nice shots BTW.
