Ghost Recon Vs. Flight Simulator ( LMAO )

Postby Lethal.Ambition » Sun Oct 05, 2003 10:30 pm

HAHAHA I made this post out of pure fun really. GR could never possibly compete with FS, but still take a look ;)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Try looking at a hangar in FS, what do you see? Completely nothing, but look at this eye candy!

Image

And not only that, we got people walking around it with guns! :oTalk about Airport Security!

Image

Oh can you go INSIDE the terminal of an airport on FS? NO, but take a look at this!

Image

And not only that, I actually got to take a look inside the Tower.....I tell you it was a long staircase ( IGNORE THE DEAD BODIES )

Image

Outside look see of the tower

Image

And OH MY GOD 100 percent accurate airport placement and realism, just look at that!

Image

But I just gotta say

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE? THAT REALLY MESSED IT UP

Yeah, the plane looks a bit dodgy. But cool shots anyway.

Daz you will never get to it unless you downloaded a literally full game expansion for it. Frosbite 1.2 is 250 MB and 450 when extracted :o 12 missions with everything completely new.

A mission called Snipers Nest

You get a sniper guy and you are supposed to shoot someone you can't even see and you have guys with ani-tank rockets shooting all over the place and the smoke stops you form seeing and there are two trucks. One of them has 3 hostages, if you say hsot the tires to stop the truck you better act fast or 2 guys get out of the truck and shoot the hostages, mission failed.

Its great ;D

PS: I think we need to get one of you desginers and make a real place for that ;D

Ok....

I just got Jedi Acadamy. A lot better looking game than that. Seeing it just came out.

ghost recon was quite good (played the add-ons,too),but it's totally unrealistic and no competition for operation flashpoint..

Everythings fine exept the planes! THEY LOOK LIKE CRAP! They have no respect for a/c! Now I know it has good animation but so does MechWarrior4 I LOVE the jump jet effects in that game! and the animation blending is pure perfection.
