On my way (don't know where I'm going) 4

Postby jordonj » Fri Jun 25, 2004 9:47 am

Well, It's been fun in Minneapolis, but I've decided it's time to move on.  I've decided that I want to fly over the Grand Tetons, and Salt Lake City (mainly to see the Mormon church...if it's in FS2004..I haven't found any add-on for it...I figure that even for non-mormons, it must be quite a sight from the air).  M new course takes me through South Dakota through Wyoming.  I have decided that I will put down in Gregory for this leg...

It's about 6:20 pm or so, and I'm waiting for traffic to clear behind me (I'm still plotting my VOR course anyways)

Annd we're off!

That's quite a view...

If this isn't serenity, I don't know what is!

I'm a little rusty on my geography in South Dakota, but I believe that this is the Missouri river below in the next 2 shots (anyone, feel free to correct me if you know for sure...)

And here we are at Gregory Municipal Airport.  Made it here at 10:02 pm. I doubt there's as much to do in Gregory as there was in Minneapolis, but as long as there's a motel, food, and fuel, I have what I need!

And even if Gregory isn't as exciting as Minneapolis, you have to admit they have great sunets 8)

By the way, the first chapter is here.

The second chapter is here.

Chapter 3 is here

Speaking of Journeys, why haven't we heard anything about the Pole to Pole journey?
