I discovered the trick! Mr. Tinker with it has done it again!I read the "README" file and it said you had to take the plane up to 10,000-25,000 feet and turn out all lights, then enter the cockpit veiw. From the cockpit veiw it says click on the lights to release the refuel boom line.
The Fuel Pump switch doesn't work.( guess you have to have something connected to the boom for it to function)
BUT Whole your hats partner "Turn on all lights then turn off the TAXI light switch and the refuel line pops up"
