Pilots are people like everyone else. They have no more or less 'honor' than any other man (or woman). As for no German pilot ever strafing a chute, you must be kidding. ::) Not only is it documented, witnessed, corroberated, and confessed to, it happened more often than you might think. And not just by German pilots either. American, Brits, Russians, Japanese, Aussies, and just about everyone else who had a plane was guilty of it at some time or other.
