The aircraft is Hellenic Air Force Phantom II Aegean, the file is f-4e_haf_v2.zip at AVSim.  Believe its a 10.43 MB download.  Gonna check out those repaints at the Outhouse as well, but being a retired Air Force Officer, I am partial to blue  lol
