I dare you.......

Postby Lethal.Ambition » Sat Aug 16, 2003 11:35 pm

I dare all of you out there to go right under the NASA Shuttle. Look at the shot.  A 777, the wright flyer, anything except helicopters.  After that shot I used my bell and went under it. Too easy. Ozzy, u've done inverted in concordes, what can you do with this? Whoever has the biggest airplane under there wins.....with contrails. We wan't a clear look-see at it.

I don't have 2k4 yet as it hasn't been released here! However you may rest assured once I've got it you can expect some seriously silly shots to appear ;D

Errr... is that Invisible wall on the other end a one-way thing or am i doing it wrong?

Image

Fun to try: takeoff through it...

An-22: doesn't takeoff in time even with full flaps. The sound of it running at 100% power makes the ground vibrate
An-10A (Herc look-alike with 120 passenger seats): 1st time too much flaps, so too high. 2nd time too much to the right
An-24B: just right, looks like i'm gonna make it. screenshot is just before i hit the invisible wall

i tried, i didn't work! the carrier is based on a cube, as soon as you enter the cube, you crash no matter if you touch the building itself or not  :(

i think he can land in the hole and go out vertically as long as he doesn't toch the carrier.

Hmm, I must have been lucky at that time.......I have the crash detect turned on and I went through with no problem, low and then throttle all the way up, making me come up right in front of the "jetway"? I tried it again this morning a few itmes. No results. I must have been lucky really.

yes my gear did hit the ground but on for a second, and at a good angle so i would have not crashed. i was going slow enough for a landing, and i could have landed if i wanted
