B-1B news quick news update

Postby trevyuk2001 » Tue Mar 04, 2003 5:13 pm

Just a quick update to you people here. There has been a problem that many of you that are using force feedback joysticks will be aware of. This problem has now been resolved and tonight i test flew her without any issues. Takeoff and landing was performed with no abnormal behaviour. This update will be included with the main update this coming weekend. All of us at I3D would like to thank you all for your patience.

Great news Trev, thanks. Look forward to the update.

Can anybody suggest some good scenery to give this beast a home? I don't mind if it is payware. It is so rare to find Military bases that don't look like they have been made for FS98. I have Scampton which is real nice but would prefer some more in the UK and USA.

Cheers

Thanks Trev, I have just found a page with loads of screenshots for part 5. I wish I had come across this sooner, it looks awesome.

Well if you want to fly at a place where there are a lot of B-1s you should go to Ellsworth Airforce Base in a Rapid City South Dakota, there is where they have the largest concentration of B-1's and all of the midwest.

When I was at the Black Hills I would always see B-1s flying formation above me, and then they almost busted my car, I was scared, i was driving past Ellsworth and then 2 of them took off in formation right beside me, they were about 500 feet above me, they damn near made me pull over because they were so noisy, its crazy how noisy they are.

Well there is my story, hehe.

Great shots, i cant wait for the patch, i need it terribly.

Great idea! Never thought of using the B-1 as AI.

Someone should release some AI Tracks

Is that what you are thinkin?????

I have already started making some plans for it going from Dyess to Mildenhall, Robins to Fairford  etc......
