The research team arrived at the Marambio Base in Antarctica

The technology is here. The people are ready.

Scientists have spoken. Progressive businesses are stepping forward. . .

Now we need governments to take climate action!

Climate change is no longer some far-off problem; . . .

it is happening here; it is happening now.

We can’t keep our promise to the next generation . . .

to build an economy fit for the future, . . .

unless we ensure our planet has a future

People of conscience need to break their ties . . .

with corporations financing "the injustice of climate change.”

What humans do over the next 50 years will determine . . .

the fate of all life on the planet.

The world we are living in continues to change year after year.

The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil,

but by those who watch them without doing anything.

“Participation – that’s what’s gonna save the human race.”
From my perspective, the injustice of climate change is ultimately a failure of empathy. A global system rigged so that the comfort of the few is subsidized by the suffering of the many, and the safety of the present is mortgaged against the survival of the future.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”
