Lovely shots, but Cumbria, and the Lake District, can be a bit too far North for my liking, and the weather can be somewhat temperamental!

Its cold and wet enough down here in Herefordshire at the moment!... :( ...!

Glad that you learned how to send us photos. I hope there will be more in future from you.

And Fozzer, I got a great kick out of you complaining about the weather in a place that you are not at! You sound a lot like ME! lol.

.... .... .... ...!

Weather:
Having spent the whole of my life, 82 years, in a Temperate Zone, Great Britain, we English have very little else to talk about, in a country where very little else happens!
The only subject of conversation that is discussed, upon meeting someone/anyone, is the current weather!
We experience a lot of very changeable weather, hour by hour, throughout the year; Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter,
For me, as I get older, and my bones get thinner, and with no fat to keep out the cold, heat and warmth is always uppermost in my mind, and as we don't get a lot of heat and warmth for most of the year in England, my thoughts have always diverted to the comfort of the South Western USA in my daily flight explorations since Flight Unlimited II in 1995!
Sun and Sand in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico have always seemed much nicer than Cold, Wet, and Windy in England!
I have never installed, or "flown" any British scenery since FS '98, 'cos at the time, Uncle Bill and his scenery designers didn't know that Great Britain existed, so we didn't get any "scenery"!
South Western USA, on the other hand, was/is well blessed with marvellous scenery, 'cos Uncle Bill and his scenery design mates live in California...so they should know!
Apart from exploring the SW USA from the air in the Flight Sim, my other delight is exploring it from the ground in the various You-Tube, Eagle Rider, etc, Harley Davidson tours at ground level!
Either way, the weather encountered on the journeys is always much nicer/warmer than it is in my back garden in England...trust me!
SW USA = big blue skies!
So there you go....
...its yet another cold, wet, miserably day in England as I wheel my trusty Cessna 150 Aerobat out of my hanger in Santa Monica for a flight up Highway 395 and Death Valley.....where its very much warmer!

Join me on the flight....bring some sandwiches and a couple of cans!

Paul.....Its all in the mind...your know.... ;) ....

P.S. Its always nice to see exactly where the Sim V members live, in their Profile and Avatar..... ;) ....!

'orrible weather, it's all to do with the Gulf Stream, or it's them big jet thingies dashing around up there. :? :o
