Great shots there, the Bell 47 one of my favourite helicopters. Is that the freeware version with scenery from the Vietnam War Project.

Thanks I used to watch mash on tv when I was younger so this appealed to me. The Bell47G is for fsx and is on Simviation http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1 ... &x=24&y=10
The Mash 4077th texture is FSX GMAX BELL47 4077 M.A.S.H paint.zip by trucker17 at SOH and the mash scenery was also from SOH M*A*S*H_4077_scenery_with_patch.zip, Mash Unit Malibu Creek State Park, CA -- by rdaniell which is located not in Korea but in the Hills of LA. You need both the scenery files for it to work the bgl's for mash4077scenery patch are in the Malibu state creek park otherwise nothing shows up.

Love the Bell 47...learned to fly helicopters in it...slow but lots and lots of fun.

When I was in the US Army in 1965-66, I was stationed in Korea in the town that M*A*S*H was supposed to be in, Uijongbu, about half way between Seoul and the DMZ. Pretty big Army presence by then: 2-runway airfield, Signal Corps unit, "Bullseye" (which I think was 8th Army) HQ, an entire MP company, etc. I'm sure things are very different now, maybe all gone.

Thanks again checked my settings and mine is the same as yours, me thinks I have a real problem here, this is the view from the helipad. I think I'm missing more than the people. I wonder if the scenery is having a spat with ORBX or have I run into my first problem with Steam/Win10. :?

Did you download both files and merge them, on the plus side your Bell 47 looks good. It would probably be better flat like in your shots if the vehicles and people were there. I don't really like the default ground textures close up.

Hello again, having a had another look at the scenery it seems that I have 2 Mashes one in Korea and the other in America. :? The Korean one looks like yours and the American one is as my screenshot. I think that I prefer the American one but need to add some more colour to with people ect, Will have a play around again over the weekend. Thanks for sticking with me, I know scenery installation is easy enough for a 5 year old to install, but where's a 5 year old when you need one.

P.S. The Bell is from http://flysimware.com/website/Bell%2047%20FSX.html and was well worth the money.

Cheers

Sorry been busy in the garage I had a look at some other screenshots of this scenery and they look flat like yours but the helipad is on a slight mound. I think you install mashunit first and that looks flat like yours with no people, then you place the contents mash 4077 with patch into your original folder and the people will show up. The mash 4077 with patch has screenshots with people in it, the mashunit one doesn't.
