Postby Flying Trucker » Mon Nov 09, 2015 3:07 pm

Goodly afternoon...Almost got this Electronic Gizmo working but there are still a few problems to work out taking Screenshots...

Microsoft FSX/Acceleration and Windows 10...(Still thinking about suing Microsoft for my aggravation with Windows 10)
REX Essential Plus
Flight Simulator Water Configurator
Several ORBX West Coast Addons
Alabeo Cessna 207 Skywagon Bush
Time is early morning and the Season is Fall/Autumn

Departure: Friday Harbour "KFHR" Washington State, USA
Destination: Roberts "KRDM" Oregon State, USA

Flying Time will be more than three (3) hours and the pictures only show about the first twenty minutes of the Simulated Flight and I saved the Simulated Flight because it seemed there was a problem taking Screenshots again...will resume later. :)

Goodly morning all... <<u

Thanks Dave...Richards report was very interesting
I think both monitors are working OK and the Resolution seems to work fine at the setting I am using...
REX Weather Monitor will display on both screens but will not work...I am using a previous REX Weather Monitor from an earlier version of REX and it will display fine. Big problem is when I move the REX Weather Monitor to the Secondary Screen and I place the GPS on the Secondary Screen I lose the REX Weather Monitor :?:
I can display the GPS or Radio/Coms on the Secondary Screen together but not the REX Weather Monitor...seems odd...
Big problem is with Screenshots...Microsoft FSX will also change the Resolution Settings with out my help...when I go to my FSX Picture Folder to resize the pictures to upload here at Simviation some of the pictures will be Full Screen while others will show 1/4 of the screenshot in the top left corner. This happens when in a simulated flight.

I must agree with Richard and his post however I will say that some folks we know just love using Windows 10 and do not seem to have a problem with it.

I think one of our grandsons who is not even a teenager yet hit the nail right on the head when he told me that Microsoft FSX is an old program and quite possibly Microsoft did not spend a lot of time testing Windows 10 with Microsoft FSX.

Again thanks Dave ;)
