Aircraft is Mitchell Wing by Aerosoft
Both are freeware!

For the aircraft, it is a free download to forum members. So all you gotta do is sign up. And you should also be able to find the scenery in the forums as well. Been a while since I got the scenery so I do not remember exactly where on the site I found it.
