Along the Gold Coast

I've had this livery for a while, but kept forgetting it needed some base files added to the textures. I can't remember whose it is right now, but I know I got it at OzX.

[size=7]Notice the lack of engine fire Pierre?

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Goodly morning Larry... :)

Dang your shots get me going... ;D

One of our son's was here for a free meal before going off in his C17 or with one of the Commercial suck and blows he flys part time.

I was showing him some photos and our site here at Simviation.

He was impressed I was involved a little but when we got to this post...dam... all hell broke loose... ;D

He said that is a good shot of a "CV14" which he has endorsed amongst others on his ATR (Air Transport Rating).

I said what the hell is a "CV14"...it is a bloody Canso...a pig boat...a PBY5A or as the Brits call them, a Catalina.

Dad he said...Transport Canada in 2004 he thinks changed the designation from Canso/PBY5/PBY5A/Catalina to the designation "CV14" on all pilots licences.

You see dad he said if you told someone you flew a Canso, well unless they were from Canada, they would not know what you were talking about.
