A Day Down Under!

Postby Skunkworks » Tue Mar 01, 2011 1:17 pm

All that bush flying started giving me a chill in my bones and the wobbly pop just wasn't doin' the trick.
Headed to Queensland, took off from Cairns Itnl' and headed due north.
A few miles off shore I came across this reef...sorta great...also a kinda natural shoreline barrier.
Someone otta come up with a name for this place.
Feelin' warm in my bones now... 8-)

Wonderful shots Greg but the last one is awesome... ;)

Is that the place the sharks are bigger than the airplanes and sailboats.... ;D
I would have to carry a bigger paddle for the Great
White me thinks... ;D

Have to agree with Doug, that last shot is superb Greg. :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I love the last two. Perhaps the second to last more. It looks more realistic. The colors in the last one are beautiful of course, but somehow they don't look as real as in the second to last :)
