You only need 1 FPS to take a shot. You can turn your settings up to full, take the shot, and turn them back down.

Thanks for that but at the time i didnt know i would be entering it in a compitition. also it was in multiplayer so i kind of needed the FPS to get to there!

You need the FPS to get there, but just one to pause, turn up the settings, and shoot.
