The Mighty "V"

Postby Flying Trucker » Tue Nov 02, 2010 12:56 pm

Goodly Afternoon.... :)

To see this aircraft perform at airshows and airfields was a thrill of a lifetime.

The second shot is cool, but for some reason I prefer the last one. The white aircraft shows a more interesting contrast with the background. The angle of view is also more pleasant, so are the colors.  8-)

Is there any default liner with additionnal external cameras ? (A key)
If yes, try to add those cameras to this bird :)

Great shots Doug. :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

As I was admiring these shots, I had to scroll back up to make sure I had seen the name correctly.  ;D

I don't believe I've seen you in such a big plane before.  8-)

That shot with the lightning is excellent!  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Goodly evening all.... :)

Thanks Stephane for the advice and I have to agree with you on the last shot... :)

Thanks Larry... :)

Thanks Chuck... :)

Thanks Shane, oh once in awhile I will climb into a heavy or jet to do a hop here and there but not very often.

I prefer to stay with the stuff I flew in real life like the DC6, 4, 3, Canso, single engine Otter and lots of bugsmashers.

Most of my simviation time is spent doing approaches in IFR weather but I do like to get out on the floats once in awhile... ;)

Hi Deano... :)

I got to know some of the crews on all the "V" aircraft that frequented our area and a great bunch.... :)

To see this aircraft perform at low level for an airshow was awesome, it would do things that I thought could only be done by an old radial single engine Otter...just awesome... ;)
