It's the DHC Super Otter. It's here at SimV somewhere......got it a lonnnnng time ago. I think it's an FS9 download (no VC in FSX) but it flies and looks splendidly!
I've yet to look, but there's probably an FSX version/update for it somewhere.

After seeing an AN-32 in the edited section, I went looking and found one at FSDownloads. It has a very similar, if not identical, sound package to the Otter......except times two!!! 8-)
