The screenshot is the F-4B Phantom II, VF-84 Jolly Rogers being launched from # 3 catapult on the USS Independence CVA-62. There are four catapults on this carrier each capable of launching a 45,000# plane from 0 to 165 mph in two seconds.
Credits: The aircraft carrier is a FSX default static carrier at Naval Station Norfolk (KMGU), Virginia, USA. The aircraft, F-4B is a free download from Simviation:
