It's Freeware, and available here.
I've got it aswell, with some additional repaints found here at SimV, and it's a beaty.
Call me Leen, it's way shorter :)

Is it for FSX cuz im stuck runnin FS9 on my laptop?

Yeah 'fraid so, the only download link says FSX. :-/
And Bob probably has some payware addon running for the clouds and/or the waves, making it a payware shot.
