Barb, the answer to your question is yes. It does cover Portland and Seattle. Here is a few pics I took leaving Portland the other night. I started a new post so I wouldn't go way over the limit on the other.

Thanks! Love the details around the city, but I guess the airports themselves didn't get much of an upgrade.
