Brett, you've obviously never flown with me. This is my famous and typical... overshoot the airport, kill the engines, full flaps, pitch down 80 degrees until i'm 100 feet above the runway (hopefully), pull the stick back with all my might to sort of level off and then test the tires and airframe strength with asphalt crushing runway impact. Hey, works for me...don't have to worry about silly details like ILS, lining up, landing airspeed...I leave that for people that actually know what they're doing..

P.S. What's a windsock?...............kidding...
