i have the picture saved in the regular fsx picture folder do i need to change it somehow?

Yes. You will have to modify the pics to upload them. ;)

FSX saves screen shots as a bmp format, and you need to convert it to a jpg no bigger than 1024 x 768 pixles and 150kb in size.

For a freeware program that will do the resizing and compressing to 150kb see this thread:
