Peacefull, gracefull...

Hi all,

Some glider shots. Departed from Interlaken as usual, I had set the manual weather with some winds coming from north, so that I could use the mountains to soar to my destination: Maanlichen :)

Once I got there, I just made a circle above (the runway is much too narrow to land a glider, and then I would not have been able to takeoff anyway) and headed back to Interlaken, gliding down the valley and making a final dive on the airport :)

Hope you like, comments and criticism very welcome :)

Thanks !!
If I'm not mistaken, I think I'm using the sun alternative texture provided by NickN. It's for FSX, but I'm pretty sure there's a similar addon for FS9 too somewhere...

Switzerland in general is enhanced by the famous ebch3tot.zip (swiss pro or something like that), a freeware landclass made for FS9.

Maanlichen comes from the webpage of Guy Nemoz, the guy who makes all those altiports, like Courchevel etc... I have posted several screenshots in the recent past using his sceneries, featuring medium/high altitude airfieds with sloped runways.
