It's been a while

Postby markag » Tue Mar 10, 2009 3:57 pm

I've been really busy with classes this school year and can't remember the last time I got some flight sim time logged in. I finally loaded up FSX yesterday for the first time since installing Vista Business X64 last fall, and here are some randoms.

Fantastic shots

I particularly like the 4th one showing the LAPD down below, busy looking for the toe-rags who have just stolen a Beech Baron... :o...!

.... ;D...

Weird little planes, but very nicely done in all pictures.

I love the Baron... and that second shot is fantastic. Are you using GEX?

The baron is my absolute favorite default plane.

There is something about the characteristics of the default Beech Baron 58 which make it a very easy Aircraft to practice on, once one has got used to the additional complexity over the simple, fixed undercarriage, single prop Trainer...;)

It is a very stable and predictable aircraft, maybe to do with having Twin Engines to even out the thrust!

90% of my day-to-day Touring is carried out in my trusty Default Beech Baron 58, and takes pride of place in my Hangar, together with my little Cessna 150 Aerobat Trainer, for general practice, and economical, short, local Hops... :-*...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...FS Navigator...and a Beautiful Baron!... ;)...!

...Shiny, Jet-propelled, Passenger, Cigar Tubes?.......BAH!... >:(...!

.... ;D...!
