Recorder would be much easier to use, if the plane you're watching wouldn't move when slewing...

This shot has captured me. My favorite so far. Very well composed. And you managed to capture a sense of speed with the rain even with slew mode! Cool! Great looking environment too.
And of course those GR1 paints... awesome!

It's the FS9 Tornado package by DSB-Design and Sebastian Hecker (here)
don't know if it works in FSX :-/
