Oops, forgot something!

Postby gtirob01 » Sat Jun 07, 2008 10:47 pm

Took off and the tower contacted me to let me know they forgot to load some important items, so I had to come back around and land. Haha... naw, just thought these were cool looking shots!

Nice shots! Whats the story with the 747 - it looks a little 'flat'? Or is it my Lap-top screen? (probably ;D)

I dont often see KLM jets, so I guess I wouldnt really know the difference. I thought it looked ok tho. Oh well.... The shots were mainly for the background and the angles.  8-)

I dont think its a bad repaint, just lacks a little 'shine' to give it that bit of 'life' if you know what i mean! Could be the angle, could be the alpha. What 747 is it?

ALso ive noticed in some of your shots your landing lights and so on look really good - are they FSX default or somthing else? I do like them  :)

I see what you mean. It may indeed be due to the light source being behind the aircraft, so you only see it in the shadows. This is just the default FSX 747, and a KLM addon repaint.

Landing lights arent default.... I was browsing through some of the addons and found one for the lights. It affected all the airport lights as well, makes them a bit more realistic. Cant quite remember what its called tho
