Bolter! Bolter! Bolter!

Boeing F/A-18 full throttle after an unsuccessful landing.

FSX Acceleration F-18
The new utility to place ships anywhere also used (new on Simv)

Seems I wasn't able to save its full quality. Not sure why as it looks very crisp in the original. Also saved using the most quality I could. Oh well, Enjoy!

can we use Acceleration?  I am thinking it should be considered payware.

Considering the title of the competition is "Acceleration," and the prize was made for FSX Acceleration. I'm pretty sure we can use it.  It hardly gives much of an advantage anyway, other then 3 different aircraft that could be downloaded by a different maker anyway. My scenery's look and quality didn't change when I got it so I don't feel I have any sort of special advantage.

Excellent shot!!

Landing on carriers is fun, isn't it?

I recently found a carrier for FS2004 and I used a Hawkeye and C-2 Greyhound for some screenshot landings. Taking off is another matter. After going to full power and then releasing the brakes, I can get the Hawkeye off the deck using the entire length, but the Greyhound sinks like a rock right into the sea even though it has no cargo.

WOW it seems F/A-18's and carriers are the topic this month :P
I love the way you can feel how rocky the plane and the carrier is! :)

I thought this one needed to be back on the front page ;) You have really captured a moment in "acceleration"
