What's your processor?  I've got an 8600M GT (M for mobile) and I get better frames than that  :P

Are you using FSX or fs9? I wonder because in fs9 I also get better frame rates with a 8800gts 320mb. Oh and a Pentium D 3.00ghz (2cpus).

I must say it does look great in those shots. Specially the sky. Cool shots and congrats on the great improvement.

I just built something I like to call FRANKENPUTER... see the specs in my sig block...  I will be posting some shots once I get all my stuff here (I'm in the military and just got to Fort Hood TX from Germany.).  I'll be hooking it all up to a 42" plasma monitor for effect...  muwahahahahaha!!!  The Twin 8600GTs I'm running in SLI mode does wonders for graphics... especially in FSX...  no lag, no stalling, just smooth sailing...  once I get my stuff tomorrow and I get my flight controls (thrustmaster hotas cougar), and get FRAPS installed on this comp, I'll get together some shots and post a few here.  I'm eager to see what she'll do!  I plan on eventually going with twin 8800s.....

Gotta Love NVIDIA!
