if you are using F! view you should be able to put the view right and get inside the aircraft.i had the same prob with the abacus airbus fleet,i just messed with the mouse wheel and got it right
(for a change).

nah i have active cam and i did that for fun and i can get back in the plane whenever
also i was in vc and on some on my acs they don't have vc external textures
