10:30 AM...all passengers on board and waiting on the last cargo container to be loaded before our push back at 10:40.
About 3 hours later we are making our way into a rather dangerous situation. descending into a city surrounded by mountains and having to many clouds. Things are clear on the other side but todays approach requires descending through a somewhat narrow valley without clipping the wings. Having to follow the navigation very closely till in better visibility.
Made it to the sunny side and making our final bank through the valley.
Almost down at last. First time into Kathmandu since joining the FTG.

Kathmandu has some pretty narrow taxiways for this bird. Nice view of the city though 8-)
Didn't stay here long, was on the way back to Bangkok after just a little over an hour in Nepal. Figured it was best since the weather was in my favor for once
