If Waspi has made his own scenery as long as he releases it as freeware then there probably isn't going to be a problem ;) However he'd have to release it quite soon if that is the case so others might use it in the competition (level playing field and all that) ;)

Good decision! Waspi' deserves a finals place for the work that must have gone into this one.

;) scenery is in fsx scenery library.look at my shots in free ware blue angels diamond formation.used some myself. ;)
