Mission: Siberia part 2

Postby Ivan » Tue Aug 21, 2007 4:43 pm

Continuing from part 1...
Image
So we took off, made a low pass over the village and tuned in the ADF to home plate.

Image
Meteo warned us of a storm front coming in...

Image
Arrivign at the village, they had some disturbing news of a convoy being stuck on the road to Khatanga. They were in urgent need of supplies. We loaded the stuff as quickly as we could, trying to arrive at Khatanga before the storm would make flying impossible.

Image
Following the road the convoy had taken, we had enough time to fiddle something together to get the parts safely on the ground where they were needed. We made our delivery drop and went on to Khatanga...

Image
But as we expected... we ended up in a huge thunderstorm, but safely made it to our homebase.

Its super-empty Siberia.... even Rusaviagold cant fill that up no matter how hard they try.

I have some opportunities for a 'lighthouse resupply' but i dont have rudder controls anymore (changed joystick)
