Not much of a helicopter man, but I downloaded this Schweizer 300. My dad use have his own repair/maintenace shop to do work on this popular workhorse. It amazed me that he always put back every nut, bolt, washer, and screw inside the cabin without having extras.

I got to go up in one with one of his customers, minus the side doors. Although I was fimly strapped in, we had a crosswind that tilted it to the right. Being just inches away from falling out, the ground at a couple of hundred feet gives you an interesting perspective of life.

I actually migh enjoy flying this model now that my toggle keys on my joystick is configured to handle the throttle (F1-F4). I could use some rotor time.

Nice chopper but I think the series with the Petronas Towers is much more interesting ... ;)

I agree. This was more of a "Look what I found/got" thing. Rest assure, better pics will follow.
