Well I don't know if it is the consequence of the compression or whatever, but I think this repaint looks very bad... :-/
In fact, it looks more "unreal" than "dirty"... the visual effect is not rendered correctly.

I think its in case of the compression, coz if you look to the runway you will see the pixel....heres another pic:
