New Toy for the bored and sick

Postby glennlcasey » Thu Mar 30, 2006 6:45 pm

Hey all,

Lately, i've been holed up at home because i injured myself severely at work, and have been off on workers compensation. So to celebrate getting my broadband again, i decided to while away the hours improving my flight sim. Having picked up voz 1.1 this morning, and also several new aircraft i'd thought i'll post a couple of screenies of a new favourite of mine

Bell 412 found at hovercontrol.com, and the RAC rescue repaint from finneyair.

ps does anyone know how to get those darn stars out of the water during the day, or if anyone knows of a kick ass water texture

When I saw the first shot, I though I was watching that classic tv series "The Twilight Zone". ;D

Hey thanks for the comments guys,

After reading them, i decided to try out ashars water, and it looks great. A little bit of shimmering in the background near the horizon, but on the whole is great.

The sky textures are from VOZ my good friend
