Superb shots Krigl. In my modest opinion shot number 1 is better than the shot elected for the contest. But is only a opinion, and I know the stress of the election process.

Shot number 2 is also wonderful. Very nice clouds.

I know, I was seriously thinking about choosing the first one but all the others also seemed to be calling to me in thin reedy voices and I was fighting a rising feeling of panic.... what to choose, what to choose...

...and then suddenly everything went black. I don't know what happened next, but when I came round I found most of our cupboards overturned on the floor, both the walls and my children daubed in purple paint, my wife hiding under the bed, bite marks on all the doors and the neighbours dog cooking in the oven....

...and most tragically, that I'd selected the other picture.

Well, if by some chance my pic does get selected for the final, not that that is in any way likely considering that terrible mistake with the ice, (man, what was I thinking!!!! BANG BANG!!! shutting ears in oven door)...

... just choose one of these rejects and imagine that I'd posted that instead. And then vote for me. If you want, of course  :D
