There's something about (Queen) Mary

Postby Censport » Tue Jan 24, 2006 11:34 am

Got the call to get out to the Queen Mary 2 and pick up a very sick patient (more than the usual over-indulgence on drink and the food buffett).

Ah, there's the QM2...
Image

Looks like folks are having a good time... while I'm working...
Image

Don't see a good place to park this bird, guess I'll just park next to it and they can send the patient out in a lifeboat.
Image

Hey, aren't you supposed to stop? (This shot reminds me of Spaceballs, where the huge ship keeps going and going, and finally you see the back end and there's a bumper sticker that says "WE BRAKE FOR NOBODY".)
Image

Huh, what do you make of that? Oh well, the heck with them, I'm going back to the station to finish my sandwich!

LOL! Great set. Funny stuff. Reminds of the scene in spaceballs where the ship stops suddenly and "Helmut" (Rick Moranis) goes flying horizontally across the bridge, slamming into the console. One of the funniest scenes ever recorded.

Thanks. The QM2 is on SimV. Should come up if you search for "Hamaguchi". He's done several ships.
