Copa Airlines;  Bogot

Postby killerbunny » Wed Nov 09, 2005 9:01 pm

This is the 737 experience Boeing 737-700,  Copa airlines livery.  I felt like flying a Boeing tonight, which is very strange coz I'm more of an Airbus guy ;).  Took this one on a flight from Bogot

Nice shots. Reminds me of a Continental plane. Love those winglets!

Copa is owned by Continental, I believe.  Nice Shots.  I love the Blended Winglets on the 73's!

That is a very nice 737 kb, cool shots!
But isn't that a little bit of a steep climb in the 2nd pic?
Anyway, that is a nice little kite, I might have to get it!
Cheers ;)

Nice shots there, I like the last one most, very imposing with those flaps and spoilers...

awesome shots!

my mum worked for copa airlines when we lived in Colombia, she flew that same route many times when she was sent for training to panama city... i like the scenery...but the real Colombian scenery is breathtakin. try downloading the bgl's available at AVSIM, they cover colombia and surroundings, worth the time ;)

Copa was bought by continental airlines, and the whole point of the new paint jobs was to "confuse' people bewteen copa and continental. mum was chosen from SKBO station to go to seattle along with other copa employees from around latin america to recieve the first of the 700 series boeings.

great shots man! keep'em coming.

EDIT:
3rd pic: the city is on the top-middle of the frame
4th pic: the river u flew over is the Magdalena River
