Another Zlin

Postby TSC. » Sat Sep 17, 2005 1:59 pm

Hi all,

Just downloaded this Zlin Z-142 a Czechoslovak all metal, two seat, sports and training plane.

The model is amazing, with amazing attention to detail & a fantastic VC (You don't really need the 2D cockpit it's that good!!). Very, very easy to fly & lots of fun. Oh, & it also comes with it's own 'auto-installer'.

Anyway, i'll shut up now & let Irfanview do the talking:

The pilot looks left & right when you move the rudder, note the nose wheel steering aswell:

The fantastic VC, I actually spend most of my time flying in the VC these days, when they are as good as this the dials are clear enough to use most of the time (although not as far zoomed out as this shot):

Great 2D cockpit:

Flaps down & she's ready for another landing:

& were ready for another bottle of 'Moosehead':

Cheers all,

LOL, no it's not, but your right, that would be very cool if the map moved with the terrain - I keep telling my missus that when she's navigating in the car 'you've got to turn the pages occassionally honey otherwise it just won't work'

Cheers,
