Postby Wingo » Mon Sep 12, 2005 6:42 am

To celebrate my upcoming round the world attempt I have repainted the aircraft I'm going to be using. Tell me what you think!

Already have! I've boosted her total amount of fuel from a megre 23 gallons to 450 gallons. I've put a double denstiy engine onto her (meaning two engines in the exact same spot). Her airspeed and climb rate put anything else to shame. I'ld love to see a mooney climb at a 90 degree angle to the ground  ;D

Whoa... how far over the book GTW is it now? When you double the engine output, are you also adding weight at that station?

nup... the engines aren't calculated into the weight... Their weight is included in the empty weight setting

I'm still modifying... going to add a NAV/GPS switch and maybe a third engine to give it a bit more kick... and maybe even mre fuel... I'm thinking of adding "The Beast" or "Monster" for it's name
