Some from Pacific Fighters...

Postby Wing Nut » Sun Jul 17, 2005 8:49 pm

Thought I'd give this one a try.  If you remember Jane's WWII Fighters, it's like that, but on steroids...  ;D

Seafire on deck.  To bad it took me a half hour to figure out how to get it off!

But it was nice when I did!

Kevin, looking for new and creative ways to take out tanks or is the gunner in shot 4 dislexic? ... I have a box with Jane's WWII in it right here on my shelf. It's gotten pretty dusty over the years..These shots weren't inspired by a recent competition post by 61_OTU were they? Nice stuff!  :)

Kevin a tip for the penultimate shot, land at right angles to your current course, that way you don't burn the brakes out ;) ;D

I would say yes.  It's kind of limited, butthe graphics are great.  The flight models are fantastic.  The first time I tried to do an Immelman, I put myself into a spin and my mother got a telegram from the War Department...

Technically, Pacific Fighters is excellent, but personally, I prefer Forgotten Battles.
