Quick question,when i resize the image it becomes like 300kb will irfanview compress them to 100 kb or less if so what is it called,thanks

It compresses my 3 mb bmp's into 60 kb jpg's!

Just make sure you set Irfanview to save the pic as a jpeg & not a bmp:
That should do it.
