Toronto to Toronto......Part 2

Postby ludo62 » Thu Aug 19, 2004 10:14 am

6:30 am, after enjoying a well deserved rest in one of Ottawa's local motels ( no cable tv, the jerks ::)) and a big Canadian breakfast (and i mean BIG ), it was time to continue my voyage around the world to Quebec/Lesage International (CYQB).
Image
Standing in line for take off from Ottawa/MacDonald Cartier International (CYOW) :D
Image
The rising sun in the east, i had my shades on if anybody's wondering so i could enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful Quebec scenery :D.
Image
As you can see i didn't forget my reading material for the hour and a half trip to Quebec City :)
Image
After flying over Trois-Riviers (CYRQ), i took these wonderful shots of the Saint Lawrence River
Image
Image
Making my final approach to Quebec/Lesage International Airport (CYQB), quite tired after flying an hour and a half, plus i needed the use the little boys room kinda urgently. I should install one on my plane ;D
Image
After landing safely and finding a parking spot, i tried to make it to the washroom but i only made it as far as the Cessna Grand Caravan ( i did clean up afterwards out of respect of the plane not the owner ;D). When i'm finished with some business here i'm going to continue my trip today by flying to Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada).

Stay tuned more to come very soon. Happy flying

Ludo :)

What water texture is that, and how does it look close up?

If it's Bill Lyons, which one?

Some pilots take urinals, I have even heard of some using texas catheters ;D

By the way, I have that one myself, but how do you tell where the trim is (for takeoff)?

What water texture is that,

I mixed up a couple of water textures by mistake  :o At first I downloaded lemoncat's water texture mix which is HERE .I installed that and then I reinstalled the Bill Lyons wave texture over it giving it a very nice effect. As for close ups of the water they're very nice in my opinion.

I am strongly considering using Depends in the aircraft (even though I enjoyed peeing against that Cessna Grand Carvan ;D) Happy flying

Very very nice shots and story as well. I may know why you didn't have cable TV in Your OTTAWA motel room, where you by any chance wearing your Leaf jersey??? If you were they probably ripped you off on the price as well ;D Good Luck with your flight.

Great shots!  As close to real photos as you can get!  I think you just might know what you're doing when it comes to display settings and screenshots! ;)
